I usually get my pedicures done in New Haven, my home town. I've lived in Waterbury 6 years and this is the only salon that I've returned to, over two years now. I LOVE the services provided by the owner Karen, She's an amazing nail artist, she’s attentive and truly cares for nails, knowledgeable and fast. Karen was very nice and friendly. She did my nails quickly and they looked beautiful. I’m really into simple designs and she did exactly what I wanted. I even had an embarrassing situation where I did not have a way to pay all of it after I was done and she was very understanding. I was able to come back the next day to give her the rest. I week later my nails are still good no issues. Definitely recommend! 😊
