This dr has office staff that will prevent you from scheduling a follow up appointment. You won’t be able to get your follow up appointments there is no real support for people with cancer but this is like patient abandonment and he will not check on you. He took so long from first appointment to actually getting ready to start treatment five months this is because you can not get appointments in two weeks it takes six weeks or more which equals death. Been seeing Dr.Leitner for years now and he is absolutely wonderful. Very very attentive and makes sure you are following up with other doctors on the team. I highly recommend him.
Dr Leitner is my mom’s oncologist. Dr Leitner worked relentlessly with his team to diagnose my mom who was stricken by 2 cancers at the same time. Dr Leitner was extremely compassionate to my mom and the family during a very difficult and emotional time. Thank you Dr Leitner, thank you for all you have done.
