Weird experience. Came by for an estimate on installing Alumicon in the house. Two guys showed up and gave a very high pressure sales pitch. Told me my house would burn down any day if I didnt do the update asap. Told me it would be $20k+ but they would get me a direct estimate and that we could move forward after that. Left telling me how important it was I do the update. Never heard from them again. Had another company do it for $11k.
Had water dripping from our breaker panel; shut the electric off for safety. Called Leitner on a Saturday morning and they had someone out within about an hour or so. Bob was fantastic. He figured out water was coming into our breaker panel through the service cable outside and made all the necessary repairs to get us up and running again. Within 3 hours of calling Leitner our problem was fixed, our house was safe, and the power was back on. Can't recommend Leitner and especially Bob enough. Chose this company based on their great reviews and location. Called and gave them all my information, 24 hours later never received a call back so I called again. Still have never received a call back! Thank heavens it wasn't an emergency. Called another company and they immediately came out and did the job. I'm surprised this company has such good reviews.
Perry, Bobby and Connor were prompt and professional and I wish I could give them 10 stars for the work. I will only use Leitner Electric Co. For my electrical needs. They installed a new drop line and circuit breaker box with utmost care and expertise. They treated my home as if it were their own. If you want prompt, professional and courteous electrical service, call Leitner Electric co.
