I have had nothing but bad experiences here. One visit they lost my keys and I had wait over 2 hours for them to find them. I had them take my truck and part it back in the used car lot and not tell me it was done. Last visit the person who checked me in for service went home so i was completely forgotten about and ignored and received no updates or calls about my vehicle. I will never buy a new vehicle again from leith. The company has fallen apart since the new ownership.
Had the worst experience today. My schedule was for 2 pm and got here on time. The service manager told it would be done in an hour but haven't heard anything from her. I waited for freaking 3 hours. I asked for the help of the other service managers but they just point me to no help at all.

Service advisor, Mark Dilorenzo, was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. He failed to communicate services that would be done and made the overall experience unpleasant. I was already nervous coming in to get service on my car and he made me feel worse about it.
