Your service technician broke a plastic clipper near my engine filter, which I didn’t know until I work on my rav4 today. My vehicle is purchased and has been serviced only by Toyota dealership under Toyota Platinum package. Dishonest technician.
In a day and age where good customer service is nearly impossible to get; kudos to John Michel Part and his genuinely friendly colleague Brian Houck. JP, was super helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated throughout my service. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life I have had more issues with the work that they have done then with any company I've ever dealt with. This last instance I dropped my car off at 2:00 when I had a 3:00 appointment for a state inspection and oil change and for them to look at the brakes that they put on and weren't working correctly I get back at 5:50 because nobody has been in contact with me. Brian Houch was extremely helpful with my regular service needs. He answered my questions thoroughly and we’ve set up a plan that works for me for upcoming expected service needs. I will certainly be asking for Brian each time I come in for service. Very pleased.
