Learned my lesson today. Don't rely on the text messages with your service advisor. I was texted at 5:28p that the vehicle was ready and I paid online and texted back at 5:37p asking if they could leave my keys at the front desk as I have done numerous times before. I never heard back. I called at 5:58p and was told by a rude switchboard operator that they were closed and I had to get it tomorrow. Thanks for the customer service Leith. Amazing customer service from my service advisor Ana. She is always very attentive to my needs and concerns. She always strives for customer satisfaction. My technician Josiah was very professional and attention to detail while servicing my vehicle. Maureen the cashier did an outstanding job managing several vehicles owners invoices in a timely manner. Overall amazing professional efficient service from the start with the valet Craig to the finished checkout. Keep up the great work.
