I was quoted $352.00 for an oil service. When I got there that number swelled to $521.00 , they said it was an mis quote. Then they came back with $400.00 of additional recommendations which I turned down. When I questioned how a quoted $352.00 oil change could morph into a 921.00 event she looked at me very condescendingly and “this is a Maserati “ she then interrupted me on my cell phone to further irritate me be use I questioned the additional cost.
