We recently purchased a new Lincoln from Carl, who was excellent but I want to address the service department. Matt in service handled our issues and not only understood our concerns he made sure all was right even if it took a few try’s. He communicated very well throughout the process. The dealership is only as good as their service department and you will not be disappointed. Thx for all that you did Matt!!
Leith Dealership : (Vehicle Purchased 2/24/24) Buyer Beware !!!! THEY GOT ME !! (Don’t Let them get you !!!) Please read before you purchase from this dealership. There are Many other examples of dissatisfaction after the sale !!! Other reviews show the pattern of the Leith dealership.
