Leith Heating and Cooling was just at our small business to replace a furnace and air conditioner. They came out to do the quote the day after we called them and were able to schedule this service just a day after we turned them on for the work. They had to schedule a crane to set the condenser around the roof and they did the complete installation all within one working day. My air conditioner was not working and the people who installed it nine short years ago said the warranty would be no and void because I had not had my unit serviced for two years. It needed a new coil which was leaking, which would not have been in anyway Helped or harmed by not having a service man out. I called Leith. They came out at no charge just to give me a quote on fixing it. The man was very nice very pleasant very knowledgeable.
