Brought my car in for state inspection and recall work after having used other local Ford service centers. Leith Ford Service did an outstanding job! They kept me updated on my vehicles progress with video footage of the car. I was given an accurate assessment of my cars maintenance needs as they addressed the above stated work. When I seek to purchase our next Ford I would definitely trust this dealership to service my vehicle.
They did a 100k service on my F150. They were supposed to change my spark plugs, but come to find out 35K miles later when my truck starts having issues, they never replaced the original sparkplugs. Massive carbon buildup in my engine caused lots of issues. Stay clear of this place.
They’ve had my vehicle for almost 2 months now, they keep lying saying they’ve started the repairs but I drive by my vehicle sitting on their lot not being worked on six times a day.
Brought my car in for recommended routine maintenance and an oil change. Service technician also did a more specific inspection after he was told my car had been rear ended a few months ago just to make sure the body shop did everything well. Very friendly, quick and detailed service and prices are very reasonable!
We had a very easy and pleasant experience here. Johnny was our salesman and he was just so nice.
