Took our new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo L in for our first complimentary oil change, tire balance and rotation with a breeze! Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, courteous, and helpful! They have a spacious, comfortable, and clean waiting area in their Service Department with a nice coffee maker, and they offer hot teas and cocoa as well. Communication and respect is below tolerance for a place of business. Especially the service manager Jason. I have the same issue with my Jeep Wrangler 3 different times and I haven’t had the Jeep 10 months. I have return the Jeep 3 different times and it took them almost a week to so call fix the issue and I’m still having same issue. Jason is very disrespectful and no care for customers.
