I had a Monday morning app. My vehicle was dropped off early Monday and wasn't even acknowledged until near end of day. Diagnosis was resolved at the end of Tuesday. Took our new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo L in for our first complimentary oil change, tire balance and rotation with a breeze! Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, courteous, and helpful! They have a spacious, comfortable, and clean waiting area in their Service Department with a nice coffee maker, and they offer hot teas and cocoa as well.
