The sales department was a great experience and even bought a vehicle from them. When it comes to the service department, they are quick to get you in and then have you wait for weeks to get a answer or reply. This has happened twice and I will not let it happen again, I will go somewhere else. Also, the answer for the past 2 years is that the phone system isn't working, it works fine if they answer it when it rings.
Booked appointment for oil change and inspection as well as fixing a taillight. When I get there I was told that it was just going to be oil change. One they didn’t order part or have part. Two Jamar would never give price for part. Said taillight had to be fixed for it to pass inspection. But still have no idea how much it might cost. He kept saying it won’t be fixed today. You want people to shop local and yet you fail to help the local people. Will never be back for anything at any Leith dealership. Total waste of time.
Charge 250$/hr for service. That’s more than most doctors make. You won’t be charged less than 500$ to step foot in the service department.
🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 - BE WARNED RUN the other way. This is, hands down, the most untrustworthy service center/ mechanic in the area. Our experience with them has been a perfect storm of negligence, incompetence, and unfortunately probably just simple dishonesty. Took my wagoneer in for service. Petty easy experience. Took longer than I'm used to but things happen. There is enough seating in the waiting room. Bathrooms need attention.
