I hate doing this but I'm really disappointed on how my issue/situation have been handled. I was coming from a road trip with my 2 kids 3 and 4 years old and my wife last weekend and i was 300 miles away from home. I had to stop to put gas on my 2022 X7 to make it home when I found out the cap lid was stuck locked. I unlocked and locked the car multiple time trying to get it to unlocked and no luck. i did a quick goole search for a emergency release and it was not present on the car. 10 min goes by and I was a bit frustrated... read more
This dealership opened on time which is appreciated. They also had the part I needed, so there's that positive. On the other hand, they wouldn't price match another BMW dealer without a printed cost estimate, hardcopy, as online pricing wasn't accepted. So yes, I had to pay $20 more for my part. Also, I love my BMW, but plastic parts that disentegrate every few years should be banned and the price of a small 3' radiator reservoir line is obscene.
