I have to give a HUGE shoutout to the Acura Service Center and especially Tommy, the technician who worked on my vehicle. I purchased my Acura brand new and started noticing some noises coming from the front end. Tommy actually rode with me so we could duplicate the noise, and hands down, I salute that man and everyone else who helped diagnose and repair my vehicle! Great customer service, personable and a great loaner car!
4.5 Great overall. Finance department took about 2 hours and I was the only customer. I already had a check from my personal bank but i do understand there was new staff. Taj was great, wonderful sales consultant/agent
We brought our 2026 Acura MDX To this dealership to perform the initial service and ordered an oil change, and tire rotation, along with engine and cabin air filter change. Paul, the service writer , Had me wait for 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room and when he returned the car to me indicated to me that the only service that they performed was the oil change.
