Horrible customer service at this Raleigh location there Cary location is great if you need service do not go to the Raleigh location go to the Cary location
I have a recall on my 2020 ilx called made a service appointment with them explained I live almost 2 hours away would I be provided a loan car or at least could they let me know if I would need to get a hotel they were rude played pass the customer around and I left messages to who was in charge still nothing don't use them they don't care if you need an Acura dealership use the one in Cary so much nicer and way more professional owned by the same person but it's amazing the quality of the people from one location to the oth... read more
Horrible place very unprofessional and rude live over an hour and a half away made an appointment only for it to be canceled the day of after I took off work and the appointment was made weeks in advance
I feel like people don’t really enjoy buying cars sometimes because the salesman are usually pushy and they want you to buy immediately. But this dealership went the extra mile and focused on what I wanted and my timeline. I had been to other brands dealerships and told them I specifically needed a car (not being picky on color just that it have specific upgrades) when I got back from overseas and asked if they could have a car brought in for a specific week.
