I had a disappointing experience with this dealership due to poor customer service and lack of professionalism. From the beginning, communication was dismissive and impersonal. I was addressed incorrectly, and even after correcting it, there was no acknowledgment or apology. That alone set the tone. More importantly, when I asked to speak with a manager, my request was ignored and redirected instead of being taken seriously. These guys were awesome. I went there to pick up a friend who was dropping her car off for service and had a flat tire from a nail I picked up. Amy Walker in the service department was friendly and worked me in their schedule to get it taken care of immediately. Also, Duncan the technician was thorough with making sure it could be patched and that I wouldn't have any other problems. Fortunately I didn't have to buy another tire.
