Beautiful Community with updated paved streets, updated clubhouse, pool and lots of activities for residents. Very good customer service with management and maintenance. Monthly Lot Rents are governed by the Town of Rockland Rent Control
Great, quiet over 55 community!
The security gates entering into Leisure woods is NEVER down. Anyone can just drive right in. Is it not management's job to keep residents feeling safe? What is the little "guard station" at entrance for? There has never been evidence of anyone stationed in there.
