We love our spa! We are in month 2 and have had no issues or concerns. The 3 guys that delivered and set it up were very effeciant and professional. They obviously new what they were doing. Love the spa too. Would recommend buying from Leisure Time Warehouse.
We purchased a hot tub at the expo in Rochester. It was delivered on Monday. Our salesman was great but our delivery crew was phenomenal! Sherman and crew kept in contact throughout the day to let us know it would be a late delivery. They got to our house at 9:30, had the hot tub unloaded and in place before 10:00. The team was polite, very efficient and had top notch communication. I wish all delivery people were as great as they were.
There was an Expo in our area and Joe, our salesman was awesome. We never felt any preassure. He gave us time to browse and answered all of our questions. Mike, the manager who completed our paperwork was also super nice. Willing to make a deal and delivery will be in a couple days!
Had an issue with control pad wasn't working called an spoke to a lady named Shelby really friendly an helpful she had a technician out next day with a new control pad techs name was moe he fixed it while I was at work got home an everything was all good again so thanks to Leisuretime for handling my issues promptly an effectively
