We’re very happy with our hot tub from Leisure Time Warehouse. The office staff has been friendly and helpful throughout the process, and the hot tub has been a great addition to our home. Overall, it’s been a positive experience and we’re enjoying it.
I 100% say that Leisure time customer service in Cleveland is awful. They are rude don't schedule you for service when they say they will and when you call back they are rude and hang up on you and don't have time for your calls. Do better Leisure time

Ou experience with Leisure Time from the beginning of walking through the door to the delivery of our swim spa was exceptional. Dealing with sales and then service staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Leisure Time is definitely a leader and the show place of the brand Master Spa!
