Great service at the showroom and quick delivery.
Great experience from purchase to set up.
Worst service possible. Call for service, leave a message and good luck getting a call back. Once I called their Columbus store because I couldn't get anyone to call me back from the Cleveland store and the guy in Columbus said call hit 1 for sales instead of 2 for service and they'll think you want to buy something and they'll answer.
We are loving our new spa! Our sales person, Zack was amazing and very responsive!
They have been very attentive to any of my questions, the delivery team did amazing and we love the Master Spa!!
