We have had our Master Spa hot tub that we purchased through Leisuretime Warehouse over a year now and we love it. The customer service is always welcoming and very helpful when we visit the Cleveland area location to purchase supplies. Our hot tub has not had any mechanical or cosmetic issues and we are looking forward to the relaxation it brings for many years to come!
We were looking for a while to find the right hot tub. Leisuretime had a warehouse event about an hour from us so we went. It was the best decision we could have made. Joe and the other salesmen were kind and professional. They even encouraged us to sit in each hot tub to find the right fit..lol. They even waited for a year until we were ready to take possession. Delivery was excellent. The guys had a broken down truck that day and still came to our house with a great attitude and professionalism. I remember thinking, wow they are in a way better mood than I would be! We love our new spa
I have been trying for 3 years and 9 months to get my swim spa fixed. (Warranty Issues) The three main issues in my first email for service on September 17, 2021. 1- There is a leak dripping on the main control panel inside the tub. See the picture below. 2-The LED in the handles don't match the LED color in the tub. 3- Give me a location of the Wifi module so I can sync to my phone. The delivery was scary fast!!! They called to see if they could make the delivery of our new hot tub a day early. The guys were very professional & skilled at what they do. Would highly recommend them!!! Thank you!
