Do not deal with them, RV is partially broken, generator did not work, coffee machine was broken and did not work, security deposit will not be returned, scammers.

Be extremely cautious renting from this company! We rented an RV and the generator did not work, which meant the air conditioners were useless. The toilet was leaking, and the fresh water tank drained out within 24 hours. Before returning the RV, we took it to a truck wash and paid $250 to have it cleaned inside and out. Despite this, the owner still charged us for cleaning, refused to return our deposit, and stopped answering calls. The worst company to deal with. They charged us fees without any proof, failed to return part of our deposit claiming that office never received, while we submitted all transactions, invoices, as well as signed contract that reflected the fact that they received it. Then just stopped responding, thinking “what can they possibly do, we already took their money” . Be very cautious renting from this company. They withheld my deposit and the RV was provided without a generator as promised. Overall, a terrible experience—I would strongly recommend staying away.”

Extremely disappointing RV rental, stay away from this company. Rv's are in very bad shape. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
