The site is within walking distance from the airport. We'd a minor accident and Ken is endeavour to give help. He even picked up his mobile late at night on Sunday.

Office to pick-up the car is located close to the airport of Launceston. Shuttle service is provided (just couple of minutes drive), for which you do not need to wait long. Car was clean and ready to go on arrival. Some minor existing scratches / stone chips on the car, and any missing existing damages where added to the delivery inspection report on our request, for completeness and to avoid discussions afterwards. Friendly staff, would recommend and rent again!
