Dropped off our 32ft motorhome for a few repairs as new to us. Asked for a blue awning, was assured by Mike that's what was installed. First time camping it's black and grey. Had seals redone around cab, I had to clean the residue left behind. Asked for and was installed new electric stairs that were attached to an existing bracket. With this bracket the clearance when up is limited, really have to be careful not to scrape.A new bracket should have been installed or the existing one cut back. We just purchased a 5th wheel, in a private sale, and being new to this RV, we needed help with a whole bunch of things. We had heard good things about Al, at LeisureLand RV, so we called him and he showed up immediately and was a huge gift to us. He was there to inspect it, tow it for us, and make the repairs we needed for us! While we were at LeisureLand we noticed he was doing things for everyone, with the same level of care he treated us with. Mike at Leisureland RV was incredibly helpful, we were just passing through and had an issue with our RV and they were able to help us out with no appointment. Great customer service and mechanics were amazing. I highly recommend them if your in the penticton area.
