RecommendedWe just got a hot tub from Leisure World in Norfolk a month ago and we are so happy with it! Lorraine, Chris, and Christopher have been so helpful in explaining everything along the way. We went with the Ace salt water sanitizing system and it has been awesome!! We use hardly any chemicals and our skin feels great when we get out of it. Thanks for everything!

Had the pleasure of having Christopher from S.D. and Chris from Norfolk come to install our new hot tub...These guys were Amaazing!! Once they arrived it was all work and just a few jokes!! From the get go they removed our old hot tub (even hauled it away for us) and set up our new one....had it filled and went over all the instructions and my husband and I actually learned a lot from these two men!!! Thank you so much for your prompt and great service!!! Highly recommend Leisure World...

Leisure World is the BEST! We have had exceptional customer service with Leisure World! Chris and Terry delivered our hot tub and answered all of our many questions! They stand behind their warranty, which we greatly appreciated! We get our chemicals from the Norfolk store and Chris is always very helpful and again answers all our questions! Thank you guys for all you do, we LOVE our Hot Tub!
