Matt Strickland made a service call to my home today. He was extremely polite and quite knowledgeable about the gas logs. He went above and beyond the initial reason for the service call. He also corrected a problem with one of the fireplace screens. I highly recommend him for his work.

The worst customer experience that I have ever encountered. Purchased from Leisure World in Charleston WV last summer. (March 2017). They installed in early May and nothing but problems since then. We are on either our 3rd or 4th liner, I have lost count. (yes you read that correctly) After filling the pool each time, we kept losing water, so we would find holes, so Leisure World would replace each time, so we lost most of last summer due to liner problems. The worst experience! We spent over $50K and our money was good and the location was no issue until Leisure World received our monies paid in full. At that time it was a constant struggle to get the job completed. There were constant lies and no shows to finish our project and when the pool was finally completed it had to be closed in less than a month. The contractors that were recommended by Leisure World which was their family was just as bad once receiving our monies they no longer wanted to show up to complete the job. ... read more
