Terrible service paid money for repair fee no money no fee
They may exist but never return calls. Happy to take my hard earned money though. I purchased a pump from here and it didn't match the photo, didn't come with a electrical sematic so there's no way of telling which terminal is common or hot. No support or call back and I left my number a half a dozen times. Go elsewhere for a pump.
Two other shops said my circuit board was beyond repair when heater relay shorted out and said my only option was to replace the entire board. I inquired about purchase a rebuilt one that Leisure World had listed on eBay and in the very responsive chats with Steven he asked me to send a picture of my board and said he could probably easily repair it. If not than we could proceed with buying a rebuilt board. I shipped my board and within two days after it was delivered to them Steven reported back the board had been repaired ... read more
