Seemed quiet and peaceful. I would live there.
The upside: the people are nice, it's conveniently located, really near The Loop. It's fairly quiet. There are no real on-site recreational amenities. But the biggest downside is that the out of state owner keeps jacking up the rent. I'll probably end up moving because rent is on its way to being unaffordable.
