HOA more interested in disproportionately raising fees than caring for the property or the individuals living there. When my grandmother lived there it was better, but over the last 4 years it has steadily declined. It would be cheaper to hire professionals to oversee the plan than amateurs.

More interested in issuing fines than in residents’ lives
Friday I would have given 5 stars, today 1. I’ve been coming here everyday Monday to Friday at 12 for 2 months to dog walk for an older gentleman. The guy at the gate is ALWAYs Very nice, today this guy gives me a hard time, as I explain I’m here everyday to dog walk, as he starts “insulting” the other guys for being “lenient” “I need to see your ID” as he never even looked at my ID, and clearly the other guy is just more intelligent because he saw my ID once and can remember me since I said I come EVERYDAY.
