This is a 55 and over community, so most people living there are almost done with more than half of there life. Death is inevitable and apparently at this place so are there HOA fees! So when the owner of the home passes away and they’re not alive any longer your family must continue paying HOA fees. For services you’re not receiving. It honestly feels like robbery. Does any one care or concerned about all the walkway lights on 2 hours before dark 6pm or still on at 7am its light out at 530am seems like a lot of waste to me all over ny the west gate 208 / 15 / 16 / 423/ 402 etc behind upper deck if no one wants to get up to check maybe security in there dashing around could jot down the areas in question .might be worth a few bucks to save a lot fyi the pond water is too warm all the aeration is a waste algea algea / even ghe geese dont like it.but still here oh well
