This place needs different everything! How can you sit there and tell people they owe rent money when no one received a notification sayin rent went up?! The people in the office are horrible the maintenance guy is rude and doesn't fix things correctly. I mean the list goes on. How is this place allowed to treat people like this?! Do the owners know or do they just not care?!
Place is terrible, also if you owe them and try to pay it back if you don’t do it on their terms in the time they want it they will NOT work any deals Out.

Thugs live here. I just had my tires slashed, because someone was in my parking spot. I said nothing went inside and came out to slashed tires. They rent to anyone. Rent prices are ridiculous and they lie when they sell these things to you.
Angies Grill is the up most amazing local grill. Which striving staff and a great owner the food continues to impress! Great prices, food, good company. Portions are Big and all is fresh! What more could you ask for!
As an out of stater moving to Florida 2 years ago . I found after a whole year of looking the perfect community! The community is very up to date on issues arising and is clean, friendly and approachable!
Multiple reasons... they hand out 300 notices in a day and can’t tell you what the notice is for other than the box checked on the form, the dog park is trashed, when they do “snow removal” they barely get the road at the back of the park done, you pay almost $700 a month and they don’t do yard work or maintenance really of any kind, the pool or the gym is always closed and then there are the kids that live in the area. We have lived here for 4 years. After doing excessive research on 55+ communities, we moved here in September 2016. Well maintained community with activities, for those who wish to participate; pools and fitness center. Friendly staff, and residents.

It a nice place but I wouldn’t recommend living near Pedro del valle or Olga arroyo. They rent to people when there shouldn’t be renting to anyone in the first place and then they start treating them bad which is horrible. Always starting chaos. They are bad people so watch out
