We recently completed a combination cruise/land vacation trip to Alaska through Leisure Travel Enterprises out of Fort Mill, SC. From the very start of the planning with Becca Rine (travel advisor) through the fourteen fun packed days on sea and land with Kelly Gunnels,Director of Operations, and her husband Tim, there was not one glitch in the whole trip. Our trip to Alaska was wonderful. Leisure Travel made everything effortless on our part. The extension to Denali was not to be missed. Becca and Kelly were both great to work with and I feel like friends now,
Briana put together an amazing trip for us - cruising the inside passage of Alaska on a small ship. From the hotel location and accommodations to the perfect cruise company, this trip was A++! Briana promptly responded to our questions with a phone call or email before and after the trip. We look forward to our next adventure using Leisure Travel!
Briana Our agent was amazing, and Kelly They real know how to take care of there clients. Our first experience with them it’s very impressive. Our room had Champagne. They surprise us with a special steak dinner and two cocktails hours. That’s something you normally do not hear of of an agency doing that much for there customers. Would use them again!
Becca was very accommodating and provided us with various options for our cruise we would never have thought of. Communication was exceptional and her follow up on time sensitive items was above and beyond.
