Our interaction with the Staff at Leisure Trailer Sales was awesome from the first time we walked up to our Motorhome till the time we drove it off of the lot. Bob Oneschuk was very helpful and easy to talk to. Edward Raymond was helpful in negotiating. John Poisson was excellent at explaining the equipment and answering questions. The entire Staff is warm, welcoming and receptive to you as a customer. It was a pleasure dealing with the entire Team at Leisure Trailer Sales.
Im glad I went with leisure. I was shopping at other dealers and on facebook marketplace. The service I received was excellent. Communication was fast and responsive, and everything happened smoothly. The one thing that was the most valuable to me as a first time trailer owner was the demo on pickup. I was shown how to protect and use the trailer. This has taught me things I would have never known to do. Definitely dont ignore Leisure
I don't normally write reviews, but these guys deserve one. I drove over 3 hours to buy my RV from Leisure Trailer Sales in Lakeshore, and I'd do it again without hesitation. We weren’t actively looking for a trailer when I bumped into Angie on the lot at Leisure Trailer. We were looking for replacement tires for the pop-up we were using. She just so happened to have a hybrid trailer in stock and it checked off all the boxes for what we were looking for. She was so helpful with any questions we had regarding the trailer and we ended up purchasing it. The whole team from Ed, Angie, John and Andrew were great to deal with!
