I am so happy with my experience this week: in preparing to leave for a trip, my bedroom slide went out crooked and jammed. I called the service department asking for help. Nicole was able to switch things around in their schedule and had me in same day. They were able to fix my fifth wheel and return it to me next day! We were back on schedule and able to continue with our original plan. They went above and beyond to help us when we were in a jam. We recently purchased an RV from Leisure Trailers and as always we received great service. We had purchased from them several years ago and because of the service we received at that time we returned to purchase again. Julie our sales agent was very helpfull and pleasant to deal with, JT did a thorough walkthrough on the RV and how everthing worked. If you're looking for a travel trailer, you should be looking at Leisure Trailer Sales in Tecumseh On. When you get there, you should be looking for Angie Westbrook. She's the best! She checks your must have / and want list, guilds you to a great selection of trailers and you decide which one is best for you and your family. No rush no pressure. We recently purchased a motorhome from Leisure Trailer Sales and must say the whole experience was great! Our salesperson Angie was amazing and so knowledgeable about everything and any questions we had, she got back to us in a timely manner. The customer service is top notch and we will be returning customers for sure!
