Monday, we were travelling in our Motorhome for a vacation. We stopped in Quispamsis for a break, unfortunately, when we returned the door latch would not release and we could not get in to the motorhome. But fortunately, Leisure Time was within eye sight. I must say, the service was outstanding! They exhausted every option, made phone calls to various organizations but they could not help. Jason and Christine, spent the better part of 2 hours and finally managed to free the door. Super BIG THANKS!
Broke suspension bracket with additional problems with a slide out a thousand miles from home. These wonderful folks fit us right in and treated us like family. Repairs done quickly at a surprisingly reasonable cost. I cannot say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. Thank you all so much!
We had fantastic experience purchasing our RV at Leisure Time Sales in Quispamsis. While the sale process was smooth, we are especially grateful for their outstanding service after the sale. We encountered a serious issue with our motorcoach in Saint John when our slide would not come in. The technician from Leisure Time, Darren Gautreau, was able to secure the slide, using his creativity and problem-solving skills after the manufacturer told him he wasn’t sure how to get the slide back in. Kudos also to Ron Cannon, who worked with Darren on the problem, and Debbie Fidler, who set it up so Darren could rescue us. These folks went above and beyond to get us on our way.
Needed advice about my trailer. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Trailer has been working fine for a couple of years now. Really appreciate the good advice and wonderful staff.
