I bought a 5th wheel for this dealership and I was lied to from the first moment I got there. I was told that there was a 1 year warranty and I could purchase and additional warranty to cover everything for 5 years. Me and my family's first day with the RV the black tank fell right out of the bottom, ripping the undercarriage cover, wiring, hoses and dump connectors out on it's way to the ground. Bought a brand new Montana fifth wheel. We’ve had it 9 DAYS and the rear AC went out which should be covered under warranty. However, we work on the road and use this for full-time living and cannot take it in to be fixed. We also have a newborn baby who is HOT. Having this camper such a short time, we feel the dealership should do what it takes to make this right. Dealership seems to be dragging their feet getting back to us on how to proceed to fix it. Will update review if service improves.

We we’re very pleased with Jason our salesman. He went out of his way to find us the right RV. Even Charles the general manager came out and helped us. They really care about you here. I highly recommend this place.
We have purchased 4 RV’s from Leisure Time. Once they sold we have had nothing but trouble. They won’t even return our phone calls. The warranty work they were supposed to do never got done. Don’t buy from them. There are other RV businesses that want your business. They obviously do not.
My salesman, Billy, was very attentive. He listened to what I told him I wanted and didn’t waste my time looking at RVs that didn’t fit my criteria. Billy called when they got something in that he thought would be a good fit, and although I ended up with a RV from somewhere else, I will shop at Leisure Time again when I’m in the market for another RV.
Leisure Time is a great place to get all your RV needs met. The Sales staff is very helpful and took care of us. Can’t wait to get our new RV. Thanks Jason for the help.
