I paid $7059.53 for an above ground pool that was to be buried 2 ft. Paid cash. The staff told me it would be $2,600 for the install. A day before the install, I was told it would be $3,100 to install and another $500 to push the dirt up against the pool. I told them that they could leave the mountain of dirt. Turns out that pushing the dirt up against the pool meant back filling the trench around the pool. Now I have a trench 2 ft deep around my pool. Please do not deal with these people! I bought a top of the line pool from them. At installation, they had neglected to send the additional upgrade to the step that I ordered. So the company they contracted to install the pool had no idea about it and installed the step without it. I called Leisure Time and they sent two guys out to install the additional step, however rather than pulling the whole thing out of the pool and doing it right, they just put the addition in there and connected it (without additional san... read more

This is my 3rd time working with Leisure Time Pool Tabes. Hands down the best service and price .Ryan goes the extra mile to make you happy. I would 100 percent recommend this company .Ryan is a good dude.

I will send payment but I am very disppointed in service and will not continue to be a customer there. Not only was the service awful, but the response when I called in TWICE was equally not good. Very disappointing experience actually. I paid 135.00 for 15 minutes for something my 10 year old grandson could have done.
