We had hired a different company to install our pool, but after a series of bad luck we ended up having to change companies on short notice - and it worked out great! Julie is fantastic to deal with, very informative and went above and beyond (even to the point of lending us a pool ladder so we could use the pool until our ladder came in). There were some equipment issues that she solved on the spot and was a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to recommend and support Leisure Time Pools
They've been great for us. I was a little surprised by how low their Google rating was, but I've had a very good experience with them.
We had the most beautiful pool installed last year. As a new pool owner, I have needed a lot of guidance. Julie and the entire team have been more than helpful. Lots of trips to the store and many phones calls. They have always been so friendly and understanding. They have everything that I need on site and provide me with detailed instructions on how to use the products. I cant imagine what I would do without Leisure Time Pools and Spas.
They WILL NOT come back to provide any follow-up service after installation if you have any issues at all. Would not recommend.
I had this company install a pool for me. Best money I ever spent, done professionally, had it for seven years now with no issues. Hired them for other things (closing annd opening, water delivery) always happy and would gladly recommend them to anybody.
