They addressed a warranty issue on Pentair equipment. Corrected the issue, identified incorrect installation issues, fixed for a fair price, came back out one last time to ensure everything was updated. They communicate when they will arrive, what the price is and what to expect and politely answered all my questions.
Horrible experience! We had a leak in our spa. They charged us $150 for diagnostic, which was ok. They said that we need to replace a part in order to fix the leak. I said ok. They ordrred the part, came in and installed it, charged us another $400 and said that it's fixed. Two days later the spa started leaking again! I called them and they came back few days later.
