Horrible experience! We had a leak in our spa. They charged us $150 for diagnostic, which was ok. They said that we need to replace a part in order to fix the leak. I said ok. They ordrred the part, came in and installed it, charged us another $400 and said that it's fixed. Two days later the spa started leaking again! I called them and they came back few days later. Great service and response time. We are very happy with Leisure Time Pool Service. We have full service at this time and the techs are amazing. The rates are very reasonable. They have great communication in the office and in the field. Whenever there is an issue with the pool or equipment, we can call or email and receive a timely and quality response.
