Friendly staff who always want to assist you wherever they can. They don't just try to sell you anything, but they do ask the right questions in order to recommend the right products that are suitable for your requirements. My one complaint is that they aren't open on Sundays which is the day that a lot of people do their pool work.
Communication is a minor problem between staff at this place, however they know what they are talking about and don't rip you off like most of the other pool places.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Keeps my pool looking fantastic all year round.
