If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. The service was exceptional from start to finish: fast, friendly, and remarkably attentive. They installed our fireplace in no time, with great professionalism and at very competitive prices. We wouldn’t hesitate for a single second to recommend them to anyone looking for a fireplace. A special shout-out to Devon, whose work and customer care were truly outstanding. Thanks to the whole team, the fireplace looks absolutely beautiful!
We bought a Hearthstone wood stove from Leisure Time and it could not have been a better experience. Their experienced team were happy to answer questions and advise on the best stove. When it came time to install, they were very accommodating and prioritized getting it installed and inspected on a short timeline. Professional and friendly service that went above and beyond.
I recently installed a new heater in my 2009 Hot Springs hot tub but could not get it to work - even after several Google searches and YouTube videos. I contacted Leisure Time and Pete W. quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me a simple fix. I very much appreciate the troubleshooting help from someone experienced like Pete.
I've worked with Devon on several occasions for fireplace estimates. And every time he has been extremely responsive and always able to answer my questions or takes the time to research until he can. He even emails after some time goes by to check in for any questions or concerns. His customer service is top notch! I'll definitely be referring people to Devon at Leisure Time whenever I can!
