I bought a home in the Quail Ridge neighborhood that has an older Kozy Heat fireplace which needed some repairs and service before I could use it. I found Leisure Time by calling another fireplace repair service who told me Leisure Time was the authorized dealer for Kozy Time in my area. I scheduled an appointment. Never go there!!! Worst experience I have ever had with a business. They don't show up when they say they will and make nothing but excuses. I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Among other things I have been waiting for 6 weeks for them to install a chimney chase cover, that would only take them 20 minutes to install max!

Worst store ever. Made me wait a month for service. I called them a couple of days before my appointment to confirm because I had to miss work. They never showed up or even called so I called the man stead supposed to show up and he wouldn’t even answer my call. I called the store and they said they would send out another technician and that they would call back. They or technician never called me back and he didn’t show up either. Cost me $60.
