I really wanna love this place and give it a good review. My grandmother was a time share owner before I was even born. I have so many wonderful memories of this place, it used to be a real treat to visit but it seems as though management gave up on this place. The first condo were were assigned 407 N had water damage on the wall, smelled terrible in the bathroom as if there was cat urine in there, mold in the bathroom and to our surprise a huge leak above the kitchen cabinet. Dated building with less than fresh bed pillows, linens, etc. Location is good on ocean. Great views of ocean from balconies if you’re above the 4th floor.
