Everything about this place was, dare I say, top notch. The sales rep was really awesome; not too used car salesman-like, while also giving me and wife the info we needed to make our decision on which tub best suits us and what we’re looking for. All in all great service!!!

I had recently bought a spa from here and my experience as a whole was great. First off, when I walked into the show room it was very well put together with a nice amount of tubs on display. The way the show room looks and how polite and professional everyone was from the time I stepped onto the grounds made me feel so comfortable, I just knew I had made it to the right store. I had stopped by this place because I was referred by a friend who had just bought a beautiful spa to check this place out. When I got there the show room was set up so beautiful. After talking with all the staff they made me feel very comfortable and they were very trustworthy. They showed me several different models to choose from and after they educated me on what each one had to offer I had made the decision to buy one of their Cal Spa models from them. great service, timely delivery, friendly people, clean store nicely displayed merchandise and accessories..people straight forward honest and we had fun learning about hot tubs swim spas how to treat chemicals and test the water we looked up store BBB rating it is A+ we felt comfortable with these folks we recommend
