A great buying experience. We traveled two hours to visit this show room on the Saturday. We met Dave on the forecourt who was super helpful, made a few suggestions based on what we were after and pretty much left us to it. We found our dream caravan. Twice the price we’d thought of spending, so made good use of the on site cafe to mull it over. Outstanding Customer Service – Saved Our Weekend! We had a bit of a drama with our caravan just as we were hooking up to head away for the weekend, the jockey wheel handle snapped clean off around 4:30pm. With limited time to sort it before everything shut, I made a dash across Crewe and Sandbach to Cheshire Leisure Sales, knowing they were our closest option and a business we’d used before. Having purchased our Bailey caravan in 2021 we called the service department when we had a problem today. With a holiday starting on Saturday we were in a pickle as our leisure battery seemed not to be powering the van. We replaced the battery with a new one but no joy - we tried every You Tube video but still no success. A simple call to the service desk and Colin called us back.
