Had a Reflection in Shimmer White installed in 2021. Included in the supply agreement was the Dolphin S300i Robotic Floor, Wall & Waterline Cleaner with Smartphone App Control that stopped working after 3 years. We were quoted $1,217 to repair by Maytronics Authorised Service centre that is our engaged pool servicing provider. We were advised to just buy another unit for $3,000 by our pool cleaner provider as the warranty on the repair parts was only 1 year. Unsatisfied customer. Too many complaints to write about. Defects on the finished project, sold things that are not functional with ease, now not having calls or emails returned. Maybe this will spur them into action to provide some after service. At this point in time very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone, would gladly have them provide some customer service and have me change my mind.

Thank you very much Leisure Pool for the amazing pool. The Admin process was made easy with the help of Lisa, Sammy and Michelle. A massive shout out also to go to the site crew including Dean, Craig, Tommy, and Shaun for making the dream come true. It came in time for Summer!!

I would not recommend Leisure pools Sydney to anyone. They cannot install a pool level. They will not take responsibility for there poor workmanship. They work to the lowest Australian standards, with the attitude of that will do fine mate. They tried to repair it and left us with a pool of unsightly 28mm of silicone from the top of pool to the underside of the coping tiles (as the photos attached shows the silicone) Also there is hollow sections under the shell where they did not fill under the shell.
