Do not buy a Leisure Pools after pool has been installed all the excuses under the sun for the pool leaking and it’s all my fault. Cost me $550 for a diver to go in and reset static valve. Been told water got under the pool due to rain funny thing it hasn’t rained in six months but the pool’s been holding water for four years not my fault. This is their reply. Do you think this is good enough to buy a Leisure Pools? Well I made that mistake.
The team at Leisure Pools have all gone above and beyond which allowed us to feel safe and confident in our choice for them to install our pool. From start to finish, the admin team and the trades treated us with respect when answering our endless questions. We are beyond happy with our pool and are content that we can look out at our beautiful backyard and pool, and smile at how easy the process has been.
We had a pool fully designed and built by LP. The process was painful, and we had hiccups, but in the end the delivered product was great. What happened after that has been far from good. It started when we had to submit the paper work for the OC with the council. I had to go back to LP, and start getting all the certificates, as none were provided, this took about 6 weeks in total to get all the contractors to write and provide them.
