I was reading reviews a few weeks back because I was looking for another pool supply store. My pump died yesterday afternoon as I was vacuuming. I visited Ronda for the first time and I am here to tell you that she is the most professional, knowledgeable and kind business operator. Highly Recommended!! Rhonda is outstanding to work with. She helped us install a new Hayward filter and pump system, and it completely changed the way we enjoy our pool. Before the new system, our pool was much harder to maintain, but after they did the installation, the water cleared up beautifully, the algae issue went away, and the pool became so much more low-maintenance. Ronda and Andy were awesome. Upfront and honest pricing and no hidden costs. We needed a new liner and within a couple of days of speaking with Ronda, she called and said Andy would be out to look at our pool and give us an estimate. He was on time and had a written estimate. He was back a couple days later and finished on time and on budget. We couldn’t be happier.

I would give more stars if I could. The staff is amazing from counter to installers. They have been available to answer all my questions. The job was done quickly. It was a spur-of-the-moment decision in July and the pool was up and ready to enjoy. I would highly recommend them. Installers are not contracted out which was a great sell for us.

Leisure Pools and Spas by Ronda is the best in the business! We bought a house with a pool and had no idea where to start. Ronda and Andy were the only ones willing to help us! They are very knowledgeable and so kind. They never made us feel stupid for not knowing what to do, and they taught us everything we need to know to maintain our pool. They helped us get our pool from green to clear in three days and we would recommend them to everyone!!
