I highly recommend reading reviews thoroughly before committing to this company. We had a pool installed as part of a new house build in Canberra, even paying for a cover during construction, but the handover process has been incredibly disappointing. At handover, I was told they had already completed more than the standard two cleans, and that I would need to hire a professional cleaner myself. I am currently in a battle with the Sunshine Coast Leisure pool installer, (Dean Bromage)he has installed the pool in the wrong position,He has abused me on the telephone even before he made his mistake, when he came to see what he had done,He accused me of giving him the wrong plan, when it was his salesman whom produce some plan to him, which was wrong! Brett at Leisure pools Rockhampton is terrible at answering his phone or returning calls. Tells you he will be back on a specific day to fix an issue but doesn’t show, no call or anything, always chasing him up to try and get him around to fix problems. Will call to demand and threaten for the last payment of $500, never to be seen or heard from again. Very lazy, poor workmanship will never recommend.
