I had a great experience at Leisure Pools and Spa. I currently own a hot tub that takes a very special cover. All the replacement cover manufacturers that I spoke to direct me back to the maker of the hot tub at a very inflated price. Leisure was the only company I spoke to about this matter that was able to help me. The special cover was delivered yesterday and it fits perfect! Leisure saved me a lot money! Great job, great customer service!
Andy and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to help. We moved into a home with a spa and I had so much to learn. Andy and the team were patient and helped me to understand what needed to be done to maintain our spa. They are always just a phone call away. I highly recommend them!
I had a major warranty problem with my hot tub. My seller could not repair the problem so Leisure was called. They came out and made the repairs that could be done. They still had work to do when the tub was empty so they came back in a month. They called to let me know when they were coming out and showed up on time. They are now my service provider.
Pat quickly diagnosed the repairs required to get my hot tub up and running. The price was right and the service was fast and professional. I highly recommend Leisure Pools and Spas.
