Great company to work with. Everyone from the salescrerk to the owner. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The owner took the time to explain the steps I needed to repair my hot tub correctly. In addition they had the parts on hand and were reasonably priced. It's getting harder to find good companies and service like this these days. I highly recommend Leisure Pools 100%. Here's a photo of the actual check valve repair.
Recently moved and the master bathroom tub had a leaking pump. Turned out I needed a new pump, but the one I had isn’t made anymore. Pat ordered one that fit the existing plumbing and showed me how to get it all hooked up. Great business I would recommend to anyone.
My heater stoped working during freezing temperatures. I live one mile from a business that services hot tubs. They refused to service my tub as I did not purchase it from them. I called Leisure Pools and Spas. Noah immediately calmed my nerves and although they were very busy I had a crew here the next day. These people are fantastic and I’m so happy to have them be part of my team! Thank you!
