If I could give them a zero I would. I couldn't get a single person to return my call so I set an appointment online to get a service call. Showed up the appointment was veey quick to get me my quote. I approved the quote and was told by email that someone would be in touch with me. I waited a week with no word. I made 5 call with voice-mail left no return call. The 6th call someone actually answered told me the tech was going to repair my pool on Friday.
