Awesome place and people to do business with. The pool shops in Elkhart were having me buy and add lots of products after opening my pool. After not much progress I tried Leisure Pool & Spa on my lunch break one day - they recommended I empty my pool 75% and start over…I did that and my pool is sparkling & perfect now. I am so grateful for their honesty. We will now be using Leisure Pool & Spa for our pool and hot tub needs.
Terrible. Asked to speak with someone about information. Front lady asked if I was a existing customer, I said no. she said sorry not taking any new customers. Then went silent. Very awkward and very rude. would not recommend this service.
