Owner does not return phone calls. I've tried to purchase a heater for our pool since spring 2018. At that time the heater was to be ordered today June 2019 still no heater no return phone calls and when you go into the business and the owner is there they all of a sudden disappear. Guess they don't understand happy repeat customers are 30 to 40% of their business. Unhappy customer.
VERY POOR COMMUNICATION!!!!!!! DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. POOL WAS PROMISED TO BE INSTALLED THE SECOND WEEK OF JUNE. TODAY IS AUGUST 24TH (10 WEEKS LATER) AND ALL WE HAVE IS A MUD HOLE IN OUR BACK YARD. OWNER TELLS YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR THEN ITS UP TO YOU TO TRY FOR DAYS AND WEEKS TO REACH HIM AGAIN BECAUSE NOTHING WAS EVER DONE! We bought a pool a couple years ago from a friend and had it put back up at our house. We knew very little about pools and needed quite a few things. Tom and his staff were really patient with us and helped us get exactly what we needed at a competitive cost to those places in the city. We definitely recommend staying local and supporting local businesses and Leisure Pool & Spa will continue to be our source for our pool needs.
