Excellent customer service. We needed our sauna in quickly and help picking out what best fit our needs!! Jason and his staff worked diligently and got things done. I am thankful that staying local was an option! His set up crew were also great
The crew and Jason at Leisure Palace are awesome! Great service, free delivery and set up and a great price out of the gate (saved 1000's even compared to the super clearance/liquidation lowest prices ever sales you hear advertised on the radio)! Don't waste your time, just go with Leisure Palace, you won't be disappointed.
I went into their showroom twice to buy a pool table but they were too busy to make the sale. They had told me there was a used table in storage that would suite our needs but we did not receive any follow up. Upon posting my initial review, I received a message through Google from them stating they did not sell me the item because it did not meet their standards (aka not profitable for them) and chided me for my review.
Jason and staff have always gone above and beyond with their customer service! Highly recommend them!!
Been a Leisure Palace customer for over 20 years and have purchased 2 quality hot tubs through Jason. I have never experienced any issues and customer service has always been outstanding. Jason has always been willing to answer my questions and provide guidance when needed. Leisure Palace is highly recommended for top line quality and affordable pricing. Jason and his staff do a great job!
