This place and all the people we’ve dealt with at palace leisure in Pierre have been amazing. The service has been spectacular and timely our hot tub is everything we thought it should be . They’ve been great for guiding us through the care and use of our tub and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Would highly recommend palace leisure to anyone without hesitation

Excellent customer service. We needed our sauna in quickly and help picking out what best fit our needs!! Jason and his staff worked diligently and got things done. I am thankful that staying local was an option! His set up crew were also great
The crew and Jason at Leisure Palace are awesome! Great service, free delivery and set up and a great price out of the gate (saved 1000's even compared to the super clearance/liquidation lowest prices ever sales you hear advertised on the radio)! Don't waste your time, just go with Leisure Palace, you won't be disappointed.
I went into their showroom twice to buy a pool table but they were too busy to make the sale. They had told me there was a used table in storage that would suite our needs but we did not receive any follow up. Upon posting my initial review, I received a message through Google from them stating they did not sell me the item because it did not meet their standards (aka not profitable for them) and chided me for my review.
