Absolutely the best customer service! We have purchased our Polywood through Jason and his team and love it! We just splurged on an infrared sauna and the they made the purchasing process easy with all of the information they provided. Please check out this wonderful business in our community!!
One year ago, I purchased a salt water hot tub from Jason & crew at Leisure Palace. I have found everyone to be very helpful, knowledgeable & caring in answering any questions I have had and would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a hot tub. They are certainly top notch!
Ever since we purchased our spa Leisure Palace has done nothing but go above and beyond. Recently a seal went out in the filter well during one of the coldest nights of the year on a Saturday. I kept heat to it so it won't freeze and they come down from Pierre to Chamberlain that Monday morning and took care of it with a whole new filter well and made sure everything was sealed up and good to go. This place and all the people we’ve dealt with at palace leisure in Pierre have been amazing. The service has been spectacular and timely our hot tub is everything we thought it should be . They’ve been great for guiding us through the care and use of our tub and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Would highly recommend palace leisure to anyone without hesitation
