Shawnn Henson was so wonderful! He made sure we got another kitchen faucet! and replaced the regulator on our propane cookstove so we could cook on it! He went above and beyond! We had purchased our rv from another company! And he bent over backwards to make we were taken care of! Thank u Shawn
I would have gave it a 0 but it was not an option. I am glad to hear they are closing the doors cause they sold us a retro RV and didn’t tell us that riverside sold and you can’t get any warranty work done then gave the number of some random guy in Indiana. Wish I would have went to Camping World cause now I’m stuck with a Retro POS that I can’t get warranty work done on and they don’t care cause they won’t be there.
