I’m never going back. I live 10 mins from here, but usually get my nails done in Rhode Island. I’ve used them before 4 or 5 times. Twice I’ve had to go back to get them fixed within a week. However, today was the doozy, and I’m done. I booked a dip manicure, French manicure. They remove my old dip I just had done a couple weeks ago. I am disappointed with my visit. The price I was quoted over the phone was not honored, and I was charged more for the same service. The color also did not match what I asked for, and when I brought it up, the staff laughed at me, which felt very disrespectful. This was not a pleasant experience.
Botched simple manicure: bubbles everywhere. Convenient no refund policy for over priced and under qualified work.
