1/21/26 response to owner: I don’t have any email or text confirmations, because my first appointment was a walk in at the Watertown location, and my second appointment was scheduled over the phone since as I said, the online booking site wasn’t working. This was my first time at the Newton location since I wanted to avoid having to find parking in that area.
