Chris lied on multiple occasions. I've been waiting on an awning over half a year now. He DID in fact possess the awning. Even when he was here he was terrible. When I first entered your showroom, I knew I had to rush home and tell my wife we had found the answer to what we needed to really enjoy our house. We had tried the large umbrellas on our patio, the stand-alone gazebo, and nothing comes close to sitting with the windows open when the rain hits the roof of our sun-room. Our 16’ x 11’ all season vinyl porch was built opening off our kitchen, and replaced an older aluminum solarium. The project required the new structure to exactly match the existing footprint, placing the porch within a large existing deck, and it used much of the existing underlying support structure. The quality of the finished product is very high, especially the sliding door and windows, and associated hardware. Leisure Living was great to work with from start to finish. From first visting their showroom, to finalizing plans and getting permits to addressing every question and concern throughout the build, it was a positive experience and I would highly recommend using them. We just LOVE our sunroom and enjoying time outdoors without the bugs.
