This is the most despicable, low life run facility I have come across, ever. With the tornado that hit St. Louis today, they were extremely unprepared and did not even have a working generator for a building where senior citizens live. They left them in a dark, hot box. SHAME ON THEM!!!
1983 a decapitated 16 year old Jane Doe was found in the basement of the house that was formerly at this location and to this day they never find out who, what or why this happened to her, no one reported her missing or anything. She stayed frozen in the city morgue for 9 months until she was finally buried under a Jane Doe headstone marking her grave in a historical black cemetery in North St.Louis County which to my surprise I had grown up down the street from, which my family moved into in 1981.
